Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Food Village Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player attitude.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
Public transportation is available, and the work setting is in a restaurant environment.
