We are seeking an exceptional Centre Leadership Director to join our team at Teen Challenge Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of the Program, ensuring full compliance with Teen Challenge's Program Standards, and working alongside key Program department staff members to achieve goals set for Occupancy and Graduation rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Management: Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  2. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  3. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with the management team and appropriate department staff as necessary.
  4. Understand, implement and enforce Teen Challenge's Program Standards and Health & Safety Policies.
  5. Determine staffing requirements and facilitate interviews, hiring and training of new employees with the assistance of the Human Resources department.
  6. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks/mentorship; participating in professional organizations.
  7. Enhance the organization's reputation by meeting with external stakeholders as required.
  8. Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  9. Oversee process of discharging students who are in contravention of Teen Challenge's Program Standards.
  10. Reinforce Teen Challenge's Christ-centred culture at all times, by ensuring staff conducting themselves in adherence with Teen Challenge's Lifestyle and Morality standards.
  11. Oversee the completion of all necessary training administered to staff.
  12. Handle all matters with sensitivity by upholding Teen Challenge's Confidentiality Policies.
  13. Deploy conflict management techniques, when necessary.
