About the Job

This is a Full-time, Permanent role with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year (approximately $19.00-$22.00 per hour).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the sales performance of our store and ensure proper shift assignments for staff. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment and help co-workers constantly grow and improve.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Regional Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  2. Propose and establish achievable sales goals for the store, and encourage team members to work collectively to accomplish them.
  3. Ensure all team members adhere to operating standards, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
  4. Train, supervise, and discipline team members on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.
  5. Foster a positive and energetic environment that embodies our company's vision and values.
  6. Demonstrate exceptional guest service and superior follow-up skills with customers or potential customers.
  7. Assist in store operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring cleanliness, and performing ad hoc tasks.
  8. Ensure all team members operate safely and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience or 5+ years of working experience within the food industry.
  • Language proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication.
  • High level of organizational capabilities.

Additional Information

  • This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours on weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • The ideal candidate must be willing to work in person.

Education

  • Secondary School education is preferred but not required.
