Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to partners throughout the customer journey
  • Manage customer requirements and provide expert-level technical advice and guidance
  • Develop and deliver product training to partners and support teams

  • Exercise problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a technical role
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools and processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, quickly growing environment
