Role Summary


As a Sales Supervisor with Precise Landscaping and Construction, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure the team is working efficiently.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and arrange for training as needed.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate transactions.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Sell merchandise and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales environment.
