Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Exterior Painters and Decorators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall completion of projects, from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site and project area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Develop strong relationships with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners through effective communication and customer service.
- Participate in marketing efforts, including door-to-door flyer distribution and neighborhood outreach, to promote our services and attract new clients.
Requirements
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work, although training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
- Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation to ensure timely arrival at work sites.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow are highly valued in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.50-$25, depending on experience and responsibility. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions are also available.
