Job Summary

O/S Skydart Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freight Dispatcher. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews, scheduling assignments and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Communicate with vehicle operators, crews, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments, vehicle operator work records, and other relevant data.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

O/S Skydart Logistics is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
