Key Responsibilities

  • Support national well-being programs and engagement initiatives to build a unique and valued Associate experience within the organization
  • Manage all aspects of engagement event budgets, monitoring progress and expenditures, use of purchase orders etc
  • Analyze emerging trends, identify needs, understand key drivers of engagement and bring forward opportunities to increase Associate engagement
  • Develop reports and dashboards to identify, measure and evaluate engagement drivers, levers, and programs

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years Human Resources experience: preferably in workforce engagement, event planning and coordination considered an asset
  • Excellent HR / workforce engagement knowledge including the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures; monitoring and implementing program changes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including excellent Excel skills, strong Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint; experience with Adobe products considered an asset
