Senior Study Manager

At Lycopodium, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Study Manager to join our Toronto-based team and support our organic business growth. This position will involve managing all aspects of scoping, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies, maintaining client relationships, and engaging specialist consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage study scope, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain client relationships and expectations.
  • Engage and/or manage specialist consultants.
  • Compile study reports, including NI43-101 compliant reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to source suitable resources.
  • Assist business development in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Supervise, mentor, or develop up-and-coming study management resources.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in mining or mineral processing studies and projects.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Study Manager or similar management role.
  • Proven track record of managing engineering, environmental, and social inputs to Greenfield mining developments.
  • Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Experience in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules at a senior leadership level.
