About the Role:
Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
- Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to implement Oracle products and technology.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions.
- Act as a team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of consulting experience, preferably in the Oracle space.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Product or technical expertise relevant to our practice focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
- Ability to travel as needed.
