Job Title: Project Administration Officer

Harrington Construction (2011) Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Support newcomers and refugees with immediate settlement needs, including housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support foreign credential recognition and provide assistance with language barriers.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience.

  • 30 to 44 hours per week.
