Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, Horizon Health Network

Horizon Health Network is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join its Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, this key role will contribute to setting the overall vision, direction, and priorities across a broad portfolio that intersects with all aspects of clinical and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board
- Lead initiatives related to financial management, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Oversee capital asset planning, budgeting, construction, and redevelopment
- Manage safe and efficient medical device reprocessing, environmental services, and patient porting
- Lead engineering services, facilities, and property management, logistics, supply chain, procurement services, and leasing
- Professional accounting designation with direct experience in the Finance function in large, multi-site or complex organizations
- Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership/financial management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in partnership with senior leaders, boards, government officials, and departments
- Exposure to the public sector is helpful, as is an understanding of or affinity with Maritime communities, culture, and partnerships
