Chief Financial Officer, Horizon Health Network

The Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to setting overall vision, direction, and priorities across a broad portfolio that intersects with all aspects of clinical and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board
- Lead initiatives related to financial management, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Oversee capital asset planning, budgeting, construction, and redevelopment
- Ensure the financial and long-term success of the organization
The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting designation, direct experience in the Finance function in large, multi-site or complex organizations, and a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership/financial management experience.
They will also have demonstrated ability to work effectively in partnership with senior leaders, boards, government officials, and departments, and exposure to the public sector is helpful.
