Chief Financial Officer, Horizon Health Network

Horizon Health Network is seeking an experienced finance leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer. This is a key role that will contribute to setting the overall vision, direction, and priorities across a broad portfolio that intersects with all aspects of clinical and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board
- Lead initiatives related to financial management, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Oversee capital asset planning, budgeting, construction, and redevelopment
- Ensure the financial and long-term success of the organization
We are looking for a professional with a track record of major transformation initiatives related to financial management. You should have a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership/financial management experience and demonstrated ability to work effectively in partnership with senior leaders, boards, government officials, and departments. Exposure to the public sector is helpful, as is an understanding of or affinity with Maritime communities, culture, and partnerships.
