This critical role will guide the financial success of this dynamic organization, which serves the people of New Brunswick through a comprehensive network of healthcare services.
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the VP/CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of Horizon Health Network.
About Horizon Health Network- A leading healthcare provider in New Brunswick, operating 12 hospitals and over 100 medical facilities.
- Delivers a wide range of acute and specialized care services, as well as community-based primary care.
- Employs a dedicated team of 14,700 staff, 1,235 physicians, and 3,292 volunteers.
- Collaborates with national and international research partners to advance healthcare innovation.
- Committed to educating the next generation of healthcare leaders.
This role demands a strategic financial leader with a proven track record of success in complex healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA).
- Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership and financial management experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leaders and boards.
- Experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
