Customer Experience Representative

As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to customers, ensuring they achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Process day-to-day transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, promoting loyalty and retention
- Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with digital banking applications and assist customers in managing their accounts
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in digital banking platforms
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings
Salary: CAD $45,000 - CAD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
