Job Title: Territory Manager

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, the Territory Manager plays a pivotal role in driving profitable sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that meet the Business Centre's sales objectives, while fostering long-term relationships with customers and vendor representatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies that align with the Business Centre's sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Purchasing teams to coordinate sales and customer service efforts.
  • Support inside salespeople and quotation specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendor representatives.
  • Address customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and sales team.
  • Maintain technical knowledge on various product lines.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales ability and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Product knowledge and a customer service-driven mindset.
  • Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer experience is an asset.
