Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Fitness Assessments: Conduct thorough fitness assessments with members to identify their goals and develop personalized workout plans.
  • Design Fitness Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs that cater to the diverse needs of our members, including group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to members throughout their fitness journey, including nutrition counseling and goal setting.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for members to work out, including racking weights and organizing equipment.
  • Meet Sales and Revenue Targets: Meet minimum sales and revenue targets, including personal training sessions and supplement sales.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a fitness setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, kinesiology) preferred.
  • Certifications: Current certifications in CPR/AED and first aid required; certifications in personal training and group fitness preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift or move 50 lbs; physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
