About the Role

We are seeking a Wellness Manager to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with residents, staff, and community partners to create a safe and supportive environment. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing holistic wellness plans that address the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assess intake applications into the Transitional Housing Program, collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to align wellness planning with care plans and respect individual resident needs.
  • Empower vulnerable women to reach their full potential by providing guidance, support, and resources.
  • Utilize a creative and resourceful approach to wellness, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive positive outcomes.
  • Manage the budget, reporting, and resource allocation for the Wellness Program, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Contribute to building a strong team through collaborative efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Take initiative and share innovative ideas, thinking critically and creatively to address challenges.
Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Human Services, Social Services, or a related field.
  • Bring 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record in a similar setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to foster a team environment and provide reflective supervision to team members.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Proven ability to practice relational-based approaches, embedding harm reduction, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based care principles.
  • Remain calm and confident in crisis situations, de-escalating conflicts and providing support.
  • Possess current certifications in Suicide Intervention First Aid, CPR, and Security Clearance, with a clear Police Information Check.
