About the Role

The Millwright Maintenance Specialist/Maintenance Technician Apprentice will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and machinery. This includes setting up production lines, changing over equipment, and ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities related to food safety, legality, and quality.

  • Minimum grade 12 education
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Effective communicator
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work from heights, and in tight spaces

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Environment

Our bakery operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The temperature in the production area can range from 58-80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the environment can be loud due to the machinery. Earplugs are required to be worn at all times while in the bakery.
