Office Administrator

PACIFIC COAST ROOFING & CONTRACTING LTD is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As an Office Manager, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with our team members and clients.

- Organized: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability: Ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
