Automotive Business Development Representative

Budds' Group of Companies is a leading automotive dealership group seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a positive and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team to meet sales targets.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 per year, plus a lucrative bonus plan based on team sales and other KPI's such as customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
About You:
- 2+ years of experience working in a service advisor role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
