Bang'in Burger & Wings Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into our food service operations and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide our food service team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
