  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our financial operations are running smoothly.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
