Job Summary:

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Snow School team as a Ski Instructor Trainee. As a Ski Instructor Trainee, you will assist certified ski instructors in teaching lessons to children, tots, and adults with beginner to intermediate skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing ski lessons under the supervision of a certified ski instructor.
  • Develop skiing and teaching skills within the apprentice program.
  • Perform other duties such as terrain set and tear down, greeting customers, and boot-fitting in the rental shop.

Requirements:

  • Must be 15 years of age.
  • Availability to attend all development training sessions and lesson shadows.
