Job Opportunity: Ski & Snowboard Instructors - FULL TIME

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Ski & Snowboard Instructors to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As a key member of our Snow School, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert instruction and guidance.

Job Duties:
  • Teach ski and snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
  • Maintain coaches' logs and reports for seasonal programs
  • Set up outdoor terrain signage and interactive learning areas
  • Act as an ambassador for Mt. Washington and the industry
  • Assist in other department operations, such as Rentals, Sales, and Events
  • Operate magic carpets (surface lifts)
  • Attend daily meetings and check-ins
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions to improve skills and certifications
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 1 CSIA/CASI certification or foreign equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Required to provide a valid criminal record check
  • Foreign staff must hold their own valid work permit

Responsibilities:

The instructor is expected to adhere to the policies of Mount Washington Alpine Resort and the Snow School. You are expected to do your best at all times, and if you have questions, concerns, or criticisms, please speak with the Snow School Supervisors.
