Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Category Management Specialist to join our team. As a Category Management Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis and developing business strategies to drive growth and profitability for our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the beer industry
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market analysis or business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
