About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Management Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Category Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and executing category management strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category management plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the beer industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on category management strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for category management initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in category management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful category management strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database software.
