We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at BEST - For A Cleaner World. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also supervise and train other workers, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
