About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining our Salesforce CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on our Sales and Service cloud environments
  • Develop and maintain integration endpoints to and from the Salesforce platform
  • Provide coaching to peers on the Salesforce development teams in all phases of the project life cycle
  • Build and continually evolve the DevOps strategy at Arc'teryx with industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform delivering medium/large projects/programs using customization and out-of-the-box configurative solutions
  • Experience working on Service, Sales and Experience Cloud
  • Completed the Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, and Minimum of two Architect Level certifications
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of CAD$91,000 - CAD$114,000 per year, plus a bonus program and benefits package.
