At Arc'teryx, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining our Salesforce CRM platforms.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of developers, administrators, and business analysts to drive business growth and innovation. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable solutions on our Sales and Service Cloud environments
  • Developing custom or declarative components to connect our data through our growing suite of Salesforce products
  • Initiating and championing code reuse, eliminating tech debt, platform optimization, and quality across various applications
  • Implementing and streamlining processes that validate compliance, security, and performance
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce Platform delivering medium/large projects/programs using customization and out-of-the-box configurative solutions
  • Experience working on Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud
  • Completed the Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, and Minimum of two Architect Level certifications
  • Strong experience with Salesforce programmatic languages APEX, LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Aura
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Applications with External Systems using REST, SOAP, GraphQL API's
  • Experience working with product managers and business analysts to aid in the analysis of business requirements and evaluation of solution alternatives on the Salesforce platform
  • A strong understanding of where Salesforce has been (Classic, Workflows) and where it is going (Einstein AI, Omnistudio)
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create & follow documentation
  • Demonstrated success working in an Agile methodology, familiar with tools like Jira and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines
  • A passion for Salesforce technology and continuous improvement
