About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer to join our Salesforce Marketing team at Arc'teryx Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions that meet the business requirements of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect solutions in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages
  • Develop and manage integration endpoints from the Salesforce platform and understand, develop, and manage Salesforce external services
  • Work with large volumes of data and build data mapping processes to marketing cloud and other integrations
  • Analyze Salesforce technical debt and propose solutions and implement solutions
  • Proactively maintain system and code monitoring including security reviews, release updates, code reviews of other developers
  • Provide coaching to peers on the Salesforce development teams in all phases of the project life cycle
  • Develop and manage scalable solutions on our Marketing cloud platform
  • Implement and streamline processes that validate compliance, security, and performance
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that across our suite of Salesforce products which include Experience cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Service Cloud
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer/Specialist
  • Completed the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, and Developer certifications
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMP Script for building and designing visually appealing email templates
  • Experience or exposure working on Marketing Cloud Implementations in the Retail Space
  • Ability to build strong test scripts and thoroughly test solutions
  • Demonstrated success working in an Agile methodology, familiar with tools like Jira and DevOps practice
  • Passion for Salesforce technology and continuous improvement
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
