Job Title: Director, Foundation and Alumni Relations

Assiniboine Community College is seeking a seasoned advancement professional to lead our fundraising and development efforts. As Director, Foundation and Alumni Relations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage alumni, secure major gifts, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and community leaders
  • Lead the development of alumni engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community and connection among graduates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the college's strategic plan and goals
  • Provide leadership and direction to the fundraising and development team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or non-profit management
  • At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading large campaigns and securing major gifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
