Job Title: Construction Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at GE Steam Power Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This role requires a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including site preparation, installation, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in leading large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
