At Western Financial Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our customers. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and identifying their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building centers of influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long-term sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses.

The Value You Bring:

  • General Insurance Level 2 required.
  • Previous Commercial Insurance experience an asset.
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
  • You are a results-driven sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.
