Job Summary

Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Company General Manager to lead our insurance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to lead business units
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and human resources planning
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
