Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Company Senior Executive to lead our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
Requirements
  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, accurate, efficient, and organized
  • Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
