Job Title: Insurance Company General Manager

Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Company General Manager to lead our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and authorize senior staff positions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Team Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Preferred Skills:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, organized
