  2. • Assess clients' eligibility for subsidized childcare and establish their fee or place them on a waiting list.

  3. • Identify and recommend suitable childcare options for clients, taking into account their needs and preferences.

  4. • Assist clients in navigating the childcare system and provide information on available resources and services.

  5. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update our system accordingly.

  6. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Development, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a community service setting, preferably in childcare or family support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
