Job Summary

We are seeking a Dining Service Specialist to join our team at Down East Hospitality Incorporated. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with standing for extended periods.

About the Role

The Dining Service Specialist will be responsible for sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand, packaging take-out food, taking customers' orders, and removing kitchen garbage and trash. Additionally, they will sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; willingness to train is essential
  • Previous experience in the field of employment is preferred but not necessary
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Dining Service Specialist will work in a dynamic environment that requires standing for extended periods. They must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and have efficient interpersonal skills.
