About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qwik Media Inc. as a Customer Service Clerk. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a quick learner, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, responding to written and oral inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, reports, and other documents, utilizing MS Word and other software.
  • Process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Utilize digital databases to manage customer information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a retail or wholesale environment, including media organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 20-32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
