About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Qwik Media Inc. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, provide information to customers, and explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Sell merchandise, receive payments, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other materials, and perform general office duties.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on retail and sales experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 20 to 32 hours per week.
