We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at CB Canada. As a Social Worker, Comprehensive Psychiatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide client-centered treatment and recovery-oriented support to clients, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Assume responsibility for the treatment, recovery process, and support of assigned clients, facilitating an optimally supportive environment and advocating for clients and promoting self-advocacy.
- Provide DBT, CBT, and interpersonal group therapy, as well as individual therapy to address comorbid conditions and family therapy to address interpersonal stressors.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports, contributing to program development and evaluation.
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Training and education in CBT and/or DBT modalities, and Mindfulness (hands-on work preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with complex mental health and addiction issues, and trauma
- Experience in program development and delivery
- Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Effective computer skills and record keeping
