About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail store supervisor to lead our merchandise management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and supervising staff members. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including assigning tasks and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, order merchandise, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 1 to 2 people, provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling.
Salary and Benefits
