Job Requirements

At Associated Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Group Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and to optimize project schedules and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
