We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with customers, and matching them to our Rogers and Fido brand products.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and preferences
- Identify opportunities to promote Rogers and Fido brand products
- Drive sales through engagement with existing customers
- Represent the Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to providing positive customer interactions
- Ability to adapt to changing store environments
- Experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
