Sales and Service Expectations
Sales Associates at Tapestry are responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience. They must demonstrate Coach's Selling and Service expectations at all times, meeting customer needs through solution-oriented and forward thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customer needs through solution-oriented and forward thinking
- Create positive impressions with customers by bringing best self to work through elevated, sophisticated, appropriate business attire consistent with Coach's guide to style
- Demonstrate Coach's Selling and Service expectations at all times
- Flex personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store financial results
- Demonstrate persuasive (not aggressive), confident, friendly and genuine service skills and selling behaviors
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously and break away as appropriate
- Follow up with customers consistently and genuinely to influence/close the sale
- Sensitive to customers' needs and tailor approach by reading cues
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards
Workplace and Environment
Sales Associates at Tapestry create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission. They foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
Operations
Sales Associates complete daily operational tasks, including maintaining store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards consistently and in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements
Sales Associates must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team, and have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business during Thanksgiving weekend.
