Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends, styles, and fits.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and making recommendations to customers.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare deposits and end-of-day reports for management.
- Participate in inventory management, including processing merchandise receipts, inspecting merchandise, and communicating any issues to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 6 months of retail sales experience.
- Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including standing, stooping, lifting 11 kilograms, and climbing a ladder.
