Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at True Religion Brand Jeans. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving individual sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team sales goals
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 11 kg and stand for long periods
