Restaurant Operations Manager

At Generation 3 Holdings Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Description:We are looking for an exceptional leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, implementing efficient processes, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as mentoring and developing their skills.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
The selected candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods may be required.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
